Hello, more than a year ago I was banned from the server for cheating, I immediately appealed the ban, an admin checked my PC and confirmed that I was a clean player, he lifted the ban, however, after a few days that same ban (not another one) fell on me again without reason. I have a lot of proof of clips playing on your server, if you want I can pass them on to you so you can see that I don't use cheats. I can even stream when I play if you want, and you will see that I play the same. I need a chance to defend myself because I think it's not fair. Greetings

Because I have proven that I am a clean player and I am sure that I can prove it in any way that they decide that I do not use cheats, I just need the opportunity.

This was a couple of years ago I think and I was banned for using a software that made my screenshots black. Since then I've not used any hacks or malicious tools and play normally. Please give me a second chance, it's been a long time since I've last played this game.

THere was an aimbotter, I said "fucking african" but the guy was actually  african so I wasnt mean to be racist, i got a perm ban for this but I dont see it being raicst, I have corrected my behavior, would appreciate if someone looks into this, thanks.

i got banned for no reason. randomly playing in the server I was asked in the chat what my discord id was and I didnt know if he just wanted my name on discord or like some random numbers because some social media have like numbers for an id. I was askin him what he meant and I never got a response and was banned. i come to find out I was banned for ASSOCIATING with a cheater like cmon bro what do you want me to say, stop? and also I was being racist like what???? the only thing I said in chat prior to being banned was just stupid shit and saying, "free do" which is a lyric summrs says in his music... and appearantly thats how I was "found" because me saying free do is also what I said on discord and i was a match... please unban me ive done nothing wrong except play on the server and be stupid here and there I just want to hit frags. and I was ip banned like for what. you know maybe I couldve understanded a week ban or sum but an ip ban is too much bro and considering yall came after me for associating when a cheater when you have many more other cheaters lurking in your server you dont even know about..

I want to be unbanned because I have been playing the server for more than 5 years I think and nothing similar has ever happened to me and it would not be fair for them to accuse me of something that I have not done from one moment to the next.

I was banned 30 days supposedly for racism. They are saying multiple admins are aligned with this decision, I can understand one person mislabel me as racist but multiple idk how is that possible, I got friends from every etnicy, my childhood best friend is skin colored, I am skin colored, literally my dad has afro roots, and never had said anything racist to other players.

Yes I have said things that can be taken out of context, this is what I believe happened, and I can take the blame for that but in no way I have been racist to other players, everyone talks shit specially latinos because that is how we are, latinos would call names to their own family members, the whole server trows shit at me also, because they know I wont go and cry to admins but take it as a joke, they have said Costa Rica is poor af, is a dot in the map, costa ricans live in shaks, we have no law, they even call me putico constantly (Ticos are Costa Ricans, thats a word play between puto and tico), I think I am not the only one that jokes around that way, there is several players that keeps talking gay stuff every day, even admins like rman, we all know its joking but if you are to condone jokes then you would need to ban almost the entire chat, there is very few players that would play quietly and you know it, IDK why going after me, and I still dont understand how another Latino can condone Latino behavior, knowing exactly how we are.

I find like a targetted action, why? because I wasnt warned about it at anytime, if my sense of humour was allowed in the past, if I wasnt warned in the past or muted or anything, why would you compile my chatlogs and go for a 30 day ban? Even cheaters would get less time. I could have been warned or muted if you find my talk disgusting, theres been plenty of admins around when im playing and never said a word, definitely a targetted action, I am  pretty sure if you check chatlogs for other players you would find similar or worse stuff.

If you want to keep it 30 days I guess I have no other way but to wait, but dont say im being banned for racism, call me toxic trashtalker, childish or whatever u want but I am not racist. If you need me to translate what I said I can do with no problem, I am pretty sure there is context left behind and many stuff is being misinterpreted (and yes, I have one past ban again supposedly for racism but that was the same thing, a player insulting me and I insulted back, and someone decided to just take my word and not the other player, context left behind and even then I was banned for way less time  like 2 days or something).
