Hi Before I said a few comments about etnicy, we all were talking dumb stuff about muslim people, basically I said its funny they are not allowed to drink but can kill somebody that doesnt follow their laws, thats what happened then and I dont even know who banned me cause it was done while I was offline plus I didnt get any kind of warning or anything. It was for 2 months however I felt discouraged to play and stopped playing for a while (about 6 months or so). Recently, there was a guy aimbotting showing the African flag on the game (Btw I think this scoreboard feature that shows people's flags may encourage people to use it against the players when they are insulting each other, for example I have been called putico many times, taco, been told that my country is shitty small and we all live in shacks, etc...), the guy was blatantly aimboting and other players were complaining in the chat and insulting him, I typed "fucking african" and it was taken as racism I think. Literally the guy was African I wasnt trying to be racial in any way, I was just salty because h e was ruining the game. I have conducted my behavior and see no reason to be permanently banned for such a comment.

Cuz everyone tells everyone to f#ck off and suck each others dicks in the server, talking gay stuff, things like that and they dont get banned, so I am assuming you are talking about specific comments. They are saying multiple admins are aligned with this decision, I can understand one person mislabel me as racist but multiple idk how is that possible, I got friends from every etnicy, my childhood best friend is skin colored, I am skin colored, literally my dad has afro roots, and never had said anything racist to other players. Yes I have said things that can be taken out of context, this is what I believe happened, and I can take the blame for that but in no way I have been racist to other players, everyone talks shit specially latinos because that is how we are, latinos would call names to their own family members, the whole server trows shit at me also, because they know I wont go and cry to admins but take it as a joke, they have said Costa Rica is poor af, is a dot in the map, costa ricans live in shaks, we have no law, they even call me putico constantly (Ticos are Costa Ricans, thats a word play between puto and tico), I think I am not the only one that jokes around that way, there is several players that keeps talking gay stuff every day, even admins like rman, we all know its joking but if you are to condone jokes then you would need to ban almost the entire chat, there is very few players that would play quietly and you know it, IDK why going after me, and I still dont understand how another Latino can condone Latino behavior, knowing exactly how we are. They saying my sense of humour is awful and they find it disgusting, yeah I can agree on that but dont call me racist, how many players have complaint about my behavior?? I find like a targetted action, why? because I wasnt warned about it at anytime, if my sense of humour was allowed in the past, if I wasnt warned in the past or muted or anything, why would you compile my chatlogs and go for a 30 day ban? Even cheaters would get less time. I could have been warned or muted if you find my talk disgusting, theres been plenty of admins around when im playing and never said a word, definitely a targetted action, I am pretty sure if you check chatlogs for other players you would find similar or worse stuff. Hi, sorry if im reopening an old topic, searched if there was anything but couldnt find. I would like to ask what happened exactly to the !votekick function? I do see its still present in game but it doesn't really commit its purpose of kicking a playerafter enough votes have been entered. I am assuming it is a known issue, probably, but just out of curiosity, was it made useless for some reason or its really a problem? Thanks in advance.

I'm a very independent person so I dont really get involved in full time relationships (I preffer situationships I guess) so you can assume I'm likely single. In my spare time I play cod4 at least 2-3h at night (after 7PM UTC), almost Promod MIAMI only because I consider is the most suitable server for my needs (ping, type of players, community in general), plus I used to play back then on a very similar server so I know a few old players that migrated to Evolution servers from there too. I consider myself as a critical thinker, detail oriented and not very emotional (You can be real with me) which may be good and bad at sometimes but the main thing is that I really enjoy talking so I guess I'm friendly too, not gonna lie sometimes I have too much fun talking so can be perceived as a trash talker but I stand behind of who I really am and have never felt bad about it, nonetheless this isn't any close to being a d!ck if I am talked to seriously (unlikely to happen on the internet but meh). Additionally, I enjoy cooking and spending time outside, while on the other hand I'm a metal music enjoyer (yeah I dont really use metalhead term as much), but I can get alog with mostly any music. My cod4 journey started back in 2008 and been in and out for months/years (just like most of us have), my most active years where around 2015 to 2018 in ESW clan (Equimanthorn ign back then) where I spend countless hours and learned lots about community mannaging, as being admin 40 for at least 2 years on ESW Servers I know I have enough experience to be a valid vouch in forums. Had experience with B3 but I would not mind to refresh a few commands since its been a couple of years, besides using B3 I've spent a lot of time reviewing demos and providing feedback to Trusted Players or regulars reporting cheaters. I'm easy to get along and play daily or at least 5 of 7 days a week, which helps continuously have admin presence around the server as much as possible. Besides being friendly, Spanish is my native lenguage so I'm assuming thats a perk, considering the amount of Latin American volume of players in Evolution servers. In the other hand, I think I'm okay enough to provide monetary contributions if needed so (Which I think server is running pretty much okay but I would not mind giving something back to the game/community that has brought me so many hours of enjoyment, plus I know how hard it could be to find valuable members willing to compromise in order to keep something running).
