Greetings, I would like to note that saying “you have colored friends and Afro roots” does not help your case. You don’t get a pass to use the language which you used. Simply put, this is not the first time we have seen you speak like this. The admin team has talk a good bit about this and we will be denying you an unban request. You will need to wait out the remaining time on your ban. Thanks for understanding, I recommend taking this time to reflect on yourself.. and server rules as to avoid problems in the future.
Hello @Fuego, as @Gilly stated above your appeal was denied and this is still the case. We unfortunately are not able to disclose too much information at this time to ensure our servers integrity and security. Please be ensured this was not one persons decision and a lot of time and discussion with the admin team went into this. To put it simply we looked into your ban and your history on our servers and saw some potentially malicious activity and we do not feel that it would be in our best interest to allow you back into our servers. I know this is not what you were hoping to hear and I wish I could give you more information. We will not be commenting further on this, please refrain from spamming any of our admins about this topic in the future. Thanks and take care.
I asked you to write a sincere apology and the first words you wrote are passing blame on someone else. I don’t care at this moment what other people did or didn’t do. I want to see that you realize what you did, why it was wrong and what rules you broke. I want you to convince me that you are worthy of a 2nd chance. When you are ready to sit down and write up a real apology we will reconsider. Until you show us that, you will stay banned. Have a good day.
@shadowqyou have attempted to open another ticket even though this one was denied. Do not do this again, respond here with a VERY good apology and tell us why we should allow you to play on our servers again. You broke the rules why should we give you another chance.
Once you do this and only if we deem your apology sincere enough we will consider unbanning you. I await your reply.
Sorry but you have been warned and temp banned MANY times on our servers. Racism is STRICTLY prohibited. Since this is not your first offense, or second.. or third… I will be denying this appeal. You may re appeal after some time has past. We take this kind of behavior very seriously.
Hello I am willing to look into this for you, can we meet in discord call sometime this week? If you are able to replicate the crosshairs we saw in the screenshot and show me how you get it, the program and the menu in game so I can confirm you don’t have any other type of cheat with this program your ban can be reconsidered.
After discussing with other members and close review of your chat logs we have decided to deny your request. I know this is not the news you wanted to hear but you are only temp banned. Take the rest of your ban timer to reflect and review our servers rules so you can avoid situations like this in the future. If your behavior continues in this direction the next step is being permanently banned. I hope it does not get to this point and I hope to see you back in the server once your ban is up. Hey thanks for making an unban request. However I'm sorry to say that I am not going to be lifting your ban you will have the next two weeks to think about and change your attitude towards players in game and admins and clan members in the discord.
Reason why I've made this decision: I had 3 different people message me that night with concerns about your behavior, I looked into it and I deemed you were excessively harassing players and being borderline racist in our server. We do not allow this is anyway. While I do believe trash talk is apart of any competitive game, there is a point when one takes it to far. To quote some things you said -
"ice is a sweatshop worker making 2 cents a week"
"make me some tacos bean bag"
"go play in ur brazil servers"
"taco maker"
"loser, trash can, yall ass, yall so shit, dogshit, dog water, imagine being so shit" (These were all said in less than a 10 min interval.)
On top of these things in game, you proceeded to go into our general discord channel and harass me and cry and scream abuse clogging up general chat. Then when I muted you- you continued to cuss me out in DM's. You originally had a 5 day ban which would of probably got removed had you just appealed the ban and been apologetic instead of acting like you didn't do anything wrong and I banned you for nothing.

You need to follow the template we give you. You are not above anyone else here, I and many people from the pug discord have played at LAN and other events at the highest levels of play, have all watched you and we concluded you cheat and we banned you from those servers. The same applies here, we are a clan and we made a decision to ban you not one admin, not one person it’s not admin abuse. If you wish to have a chance to get unbanned in the future I suggest you cut this better than thou attitude, open a proper ticket and follow the unban template we give. I await the unban request in the morning.
I have also seen you do countless elevators with your friends, while the server is smaller size and I did not say anything because no one was complaining. You cant say you don't do them though, you do often and we let a lot of stuff slide, and I know you know that's against the rules. There's no reason to have an attitude towards anyone here especially seeing as you are the one asking us for a favor. Just be more conscious of the rules and there will be no problems.
