Votekick function

Hi, sorry if im reopening an old topic, searched if there was anything but couldnt find. I would like to ask what happened exactly to the !votekick function? I do see its still present in game but it doesn't really commit its purpose of kicking a playerafter enough votes have been entered. I am assuming it is a known issue, probably, but just out of curiosity, was it made useless for some reason or its really a problem? Thanks in advance.
